Agartala Nov 29: Ahead of the Tripura assembly polls that are due in 2023, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched “Har Ghar BJP” Abhiyan in all the 60 assembly constituencies in the state.
As a part of this, Pradesh BJP leadership along with local Karyakartas and leaders of various levels are carrying out extensive door-to-door campaign.
Tuesday, BJP state President Rajib Bhattacharjee reached out to several households under Banamalipur assembly constituency.
He was accompanied by Mandal president Dipak Kar and several other local Karyakartas including many from the party’s women wing.
Talking to the reporters Mandal president Dipak Kar said, “Everyday karyakartas under local leadership are reaching out to each and every household in all the 51 booths and we are maintaining all the records after talking to the residents”.
“95% of the people living in Banamalipur are satisfied and happy with the work done by the party in these years”, he added.
"Under the leadership of Chief Minister Manik Saha, all-around improvement has taken in respect to law and order, road construction, connectivity, and employment. The government has also generated peace besides the growth of conviction rate is higher than the previous reign of Left government, “said BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee.
We are making the people aware of the developmental work done by BJP in the state, so they can decide whether the government has really worked or not. The report card itself says everything, he added.
Bhattacharjee further claimed that its government will be re-established in the state capturing all 60 seats in the 2023 assembly elections.
Meanwhile, similar program was carried out in the Bordowali assembly constituency area under the leadership of AMC Corporator, Ratna Dutta and Mandal president Sanjay Saha.
Leaflets were distributed in every household that listed all sorts of developmental works done by the party during its 1st term in the state.
