Agartala, Jan 31: After a long wait, finally, the state government has decided to distribute the offers for Group-D posts under various departments on February 5 next.

The offer distribution programme for 2437 multi-tasking staff, recommended by the Joint Recruitment Board, Tripura (JRBT) based on merit will be held at Swami Vivekananda ground.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will join the event in virtual mode. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and other cabinet ministers will also remain present.

In connection with the event, a preparatory meeting will be held at the conference hall of the secretariat on Friday.

Meanwhile, the Joint Recruitment Board, Tripura (JRBT) published the final merit list for recruitment in Group-D (multi-tasking) posts and recommended 2437 candidates against 2500 posts.
