Agartala Nov 22: Acting on information from secret sources, police of Battala outpost seized huge amount of desi liquor on Tuesday.

According to details received from police sources, police led by ASI Kamal Debnath of Battala Police Outpost detained a vehicle numbered TRO1AF0493 along with a person hailing from Madhupur area.

The search of the vehicle recovered approximately 500 liters of desi liquor.

The detained was produced before the court on Tuesday.
