Agartala Aug 14: Visually impaired children are more like ‘normal’ than they are different. Though they face several challenges from birth, it is important that their individual talents and abilities be kept more in their mind than their disabilities, said Minister for FOOD, Public Relations and Consumer Affairs, Sushanta Choudhury.
