Agartala, Aug 3: Mani Shankar Murasing, the former captain of Tripura Ranji team, will lead the Blood-Mouth Club in the state’s domestic club cricket tournament for 2022-23 season organized by Tripura Cricket Association (TCA).
Club secretary Debashish Bhattacharya made this announcement at the Club premises on Wednesday.
Blood Mouth, a most sports-minded clubs of the Capital city, has made a balanced team for the season, as per cricket experts. The club formed a great team with senior junior cricketers.
When, all-rounder Mani Shankar Murasing will lead the team, another former Ranji cricketer and left-arm spinner Tushar Saha, who had played in the World Cup for the Indian U-15 team, will play the role of vice-captain.
Bloodmouth Club will face Spulinga Club on August 5 in the opening match of the tournament.
Veteran cricketer Udyan Bose is also included in the team of Bloodmouth camp. Dipanjan, Shubham and Vineet joined the team from outside the state.
Rajib Saha is in charge of the coach while Bipul Ghosh has appointed as the manager for the team.
According to Moni Shankar Muraiing, the Bloodmouth camp will give a strong challenge to the oppositions in the tournament.
