Quality education necessary for building corruption-free society: Minister Ratan Lal Nath

Agartala, Sep 13: The state power minister Ratan Lal Nath on Wednesday said that there is a need to ensure quality education for the students to build a corruption-free society and government.
The Minister launched Aagam 3.0 programme of the Techno India College here at Agartala Nazrul Kalakshetra on Wednesday and said that the students can play a crucial role in developing the state and country as a whole.
“There is a need to ensure quality education for the students in order to build a corruption free society and establish a corruption free nation,” he said, adding that the students if given quality education, they can play a crucial role in developing a nation.
Nath underlined the New Education Policy of the Centre and said, “This new education policy will help grow the education sector of the country and bring a massive transformation to the sector, where the students will be benefitted at large.”
On the other hand, the minister said that the government had approved the Techno India College of Engineering to establish their own university in the state. He said that the college has the potential to render quality education through their university if established.
