Agartala Jan 12: Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar on Thursday inaugurated a photo exhibition on the Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program at Ujjayanta Palace in the heart of capital city.

The program commenced with a cultural program including a SVEEP theme song and a patriotic song by the artists of the state.  at the Palace premises in presence of the entire ECI team.

On this occasion, photo identity cards were handed over to new voters including Divyangjans by the Chief Election Commissioner.  

Moreover, senior voters were also felicitated at the program.

Election Commissioners Anup Chandra Pandey and Arun Goyal, Senior Deputy Election Commissioners Dharmendra Sharma, Nitesh Vyas, Hridesh Kumar, Manoj Sahu, Director General Shefali B Sharan among others were present on the occasion.

Besides, the Chief Election Commissioner of India, Rajiv Kumar, read the oath to all in view of the democratic process of voting.
