Agartala, Feb 02: To mark the 150th anniversary of Tripura Police, a run was organized by Teliamura police station on Friday.

The run commenced from the Teliamura Fruit Market Complex area and covered a distance of 5 kilometers. 

The run witnessed enthusiastic participation of SDPO Sudambika R, OC Inspector Sukanto Sen Chowdhury and Traffic Inspector Samir Debbarma along with both male and female police personnel from the Teliamura police station.

After the run, the police personnel gathered at the office of the SDM, Teliamura and participated in a Yoga session.

Additionally, a thoughtful discussion highlighting the special role of Tripura Police in the state was held at the Teliamura Fruit Market Complex.
