Gandacherra, Mar 12: A science exhibition and the inauguration of the DNA Club were held at PM Shri Kabiguru Rabindranath Smriti Vidya Bhavan in Gandacherra on Tuesday to encourage scientific learning among students.

Dumboornagar School Inspector Thaisa Mog, social worker Dhanya Manik Tripura, Aditya Sarkar, Teacher-in-Charge Ratan Pal and DNA Club Teacher Coordinator Bidyut Sarkar, along with other teachers and students attend the programme organized at the school’s cultural hall on Wednesday.

Dhanya Manik Tripura inaugurated the DNA Club in presence of others.

Bidyut Sarkar highlighted the importance of practical science education. The exhibition featured 11 science models on environmental conservation, renewable energy, genetics, health and technology. The top three models were awarded prizes, while others received consolation awards.
