Tripura CM flags off 3rd Ayodhya bound “Aastha Train”

Agartala Feb 27: Tripura chief minister Dr Manik Saha on Tuesday flagged off another special train “Aastha” carrying Tripura pilgrims from Agartala Railway Station.
The chief minister also held talks with some of the pilgrims who boarded the train on this day and wished them for a joyous trip.
He said, “This is the third train leaving from Tripura for Ayodhya Ram Mandir and I am extremely grateful towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav for providing these trains”.
“With the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, an atmosphere of spirituality has been created throughout the country. And because of the special train facility, people of Tripura have also got the scope of darshan”, said Dr Manik Saha.
Since the consecration of Lord Ram on January 22, 2024, a large number of devotees have been visiting Ayodhya everyday.
He also hoped that the pilgrims would return to the state with the blessings of Lord Ram for the welfare of the state.
MLA Kishore Barman, MLA Tafazzal Hossain, state BJP president Rajib Bhattacharjee and Divisional Railway Manager of Lumding Division Prem Ranjan Kumar were present on the occasion.
