Agartala May 25: Claiming that the words of Central and state government are poles apart, TIPRA Motha Supremo Pradyut Kishore Dev Varman on Thursday said, “We will pave out other ways to meet up with the demand if the state government doesn’t cooperate”.
The statement came after reporters questioned him at the Agartala MBB Airport about the meeting held with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi.
Padyut said, “There are many issues of importance rather than conducting personal attacks. Personal attacks won’t be of any help to anyone. We will pave out ways if the state government doesn’t cooperate with our demands”.
“We got a good response after the meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi but surprisingly the statements of the state and central governments are different”, he said.
Pradyut further said that the party has sought appointment from the state government for holding a meeting.
He also informed restructure of the TIPRA Motha organization in the next month after a meeting with the senior leadership on Thursday.
