Kalyanpur, Jan 17: Chaos erupted in Shantipara of South Ghiltali when Hridoy Sarkar (20), a resident of the area, climbed a Jio tower in Watilongpara on Friday.

According to his family members, he told his family he was going to a temple but went to the tower instead.

The incident came to light when locals saw him and informed police. Meanwhile, his family members and fire tenders rushed to the spot but the rescue took nearly 4 hours due to a lack of proper equipment. 

However, he was rescued with help from police, fire fighters and locals.
