Tipra Motha chairman Pradyot Kishore Debbarma took a dig at CPM politburo member and former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar in his twitter platform for criticizing Maharajas of the state. 

The Tipra Motha supremo also sought to draw a comparison between Sitaram Yechury and Manik Sarkar in his tweet.
 
“When I meet and speak with Sitaram Yechury I see a communist who is liberal and willing to listen. When I hear Manik Sarkar then I understand why Tripura is a Bemaru state. His concept of development is zero and even after 75 years of democracy he blames a deceased maharaja for all the problems,” he tweeted.
 
His comment seems to be a retaliation of Sarkar’s recent statement on Maharajas.

Sarkar had a launched a scathing attack on the royal family a day ago and alleged that the kings did little for the state’s overall development in their 1,300 years rule. According to Sarkar said that there was no development plans except opening of some schools and digging some water bodies.
