Kalyanpur, Dec 21: At a time when the deadly flood this year have put a major impact on several low lying and plain areas of the state, causing a vast damage to the agricultural land, production of fresh winter vegetable fragrances Kalyanpur in Khowai Tripura district.

The agricultural lands has returned to its glory in Durgapur, South Durgapur, Ghilatli, Kunjaban, East Kalyanpur, Kamalnagar, South Ghilatli etc. and are filled with winter vegetables.

Interacting with the farmers, who were badly affected by the deadly flood this year, has expressed their joy over the growing vegetables this season and said that while the government have extended its support to them, the employees of the agriculture department stood by them during the time of crisis. Following this the farmers in Kalyanpur could harvest crops this season with growing production, they said.
