Agartala Dec 19: Celebrating 106th anniversary of Sarba Dharma Mission, the members took up a series of community-focused events, including the distribution of scholarship money, school bags, and notebooks to students from local schools.
The third day of the event took place on Friday at Camper Bazaar area, marking a significant milestone for the organization dedicated to social welfare and education.
On this day, approximately 67 meritorious students from five local schools were awarded financial assistance and stationary items including school bags.
Talking to the reporters, Sarba Dharma Mission secretary Tapas Pal highlighted that, in addition to the educational support, various wards of the Agartala Municipal Corporation were cleaned, and ASHA workers were felicitated for their invaluable contributions to the community.
He expressed the organization's aspiration to increase one school every year, where financial assistance would be provided to meritorious children, ensuring continued support for their educational journey.
“The celebrations are set to conclude tomorrow with lightning candles to honour the founder of Sarba Dharma Mission”, he said.
