Agartala, June 18: The 2022-TET qualified candidates once again staged a protest in front of Shiksha Bhavan in Agartala, demanding appointment of the qualified candidates.
According to the agitating candidates, despite passing the examination in 2022 and undergoing various verification processes, they have not yet received any appointment letters. Representatives of around 300 eligible candidates participated in the protest on Monday.
The candidates expressed their unhappiness and difficulties due to the delay in the recruitment process.
They alleged that officials failed to provide a proper reason for the delay and sought proper replies from the authorities.
The candidates pointed out the ongoing shortage of teachers in schools across the state and urged Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha to intervene and ensure their appointments as soon as possible.
