Tourism Minister extends greetings on Statehood day

Agartala, Jan 20: On the 53rd anniversary of Tripura's attainment of full statehood, Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury extended heartfelt greetings and congratulations to the people of the state.
In his message, the Minister recalled the historical journey of Tripura, noting its merger with India on October 15, 1949, and its recognition as a full-fledged state on January 21, 1972. He described the day as not only significant but also sacred and inspirational for the people of the state.
