Tripura BJP organizes colourful procession on ‘Veer Bal Diwas’

Agartala Dec 27: Tripura Pradesh BJP along with Barjala Mandal of the party organized a colourful procession on Friday to commemorate Veer Bal Diwas.
The procession, which began from the front of Chanmari School, made its way through the streets and concluded at the Gurudwara in Chanmari.
Former Barjala MLA Dr Dilip Das, Pradesh Mahila Morcha president Mimi Majumder, Barjala Mandal president Rajib Saha among others joined the procession alongside party activists and locals.
The procession was marked by a display of vibrant colours, banners and slogans, reflecting the community's respect and admiration for the two brave children who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Dr. Dilip Das, in his address, emphasized the significance of Veer Bal Diwas in remembering the bravery and patriotism of the young heroes; Baba Jorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh, the two sons of the tenth Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh.
He urged the community to draw inspiration from their courage and to continue working towards the betterment of the nation.
The procession concluded with a solemn ceremony at the Gurudwara, where participants offered prayers and paid their respects to the martyrs.
