Tripura: Alliance leaders urge support for progress in upcoming VC elections

With the upcoming Village Committee elections drawing closer, the NDA alliance staged a powerful show of strength in Chandranath Thakurpara Anganwadi Centre under Radhacharan VC, Kalyanpur–Pramodnagar constituency, where a joint campaign meeting drew enthusiastic participation from local residents. 

The rally, held on Wednesday, was organised in support of the alliance’s nominated candidate and carried the message of development, peace, and progress.

The meeting witnessed a spontaneous turnout of villagers, reflecting strong grassroots engagement. Present at the event were MLA Pinaki Das Choudhury, Mandal president Nitai Bal, and several leaders and workers from the NDA partners—BJP, Tipra Motha, and IPFT.

Speakers emphasised the importance of strengthening the pace of development in the area, highlighting issues faced by locals and pledging to make future initiatives more dynamic. 

They underscored that community cooperation and participation are vital to sustaining progress, urging voters to support the alliance’s candidate to ensure continuity of welfare programmes and infrastructural growth.

The leadership reiterated that the alliance’s campaign is rooted in the principles of peace, harmony, and inclusive progress, aiming to address local needs while reinforcing stability in the region.
