NE Youth Congress Conference scheduled for Jan 16 in Agartala

Agartala Jan 09: Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress in collaboration with the All India Youth Congress is set to host North East Congress Conference on January 16, next at Agartala Town Hall.
State Youth Congress president Neel Kamal Saha announced the same from a press conference organized at Pradesh Congress headquarters in the state capital on Thursday.
Addressing the press Saha said, “A key focus of the conference is to address important organizational issues within the Youth Congress. The conference is expected to see participation from over 500 youths hailing from various regions of the North East. The workshop will commence at 10 AM and will provide a platform for the youth to voice their concerns and discuss strategies for organizational improvement”.
The Pradesh Youth Congress president expressed his deep concern over the growing problem of drug addiction among the youth in the state.
He highlighted the urgent need for effective measures to combat this issue and called for collective efforts to protect the younger generation from the grip of addiction.
Additionally, Neel Kamal Saha addressed the plight of job seekers in the state. He urged those who have appeared for various exams but have not yet secured employment to attend the upcoming convention.
He emphasized that the Youth Congress is committed to addressing the challenges faced by job seekers and providing them with the support and resources they need.
“Overall, the North East Youth Congress Conference aims to bring together young leaders and activists from across the region to foster unity, discuss pressing issues, and work towards the betterment of the youth community”, he said.
Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress Asst. in-charge Jisan Ahmed along with other leaders were present in the press conference.
