The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Mandal Prashikshan Karyakram, a two-day organizational training initiative, was inaugurated on Saturday at Banamalipur by Rajib Bhattacharjee, Tripura BJP president and Rajya Sabha MP.
Â
The programme, part of the BJP’s nationwide Prashikshan Maha Abhiyan, aims to strengthen the party’s grassroots network by equipping workers with ideological clarity and practical organizational skills. Addressing the trainees, Bhattacharjee exchanged greetings and discussed the party’s guiding principles and methods of functioning.Â
Â
Speaking to reporters, the BJP state president described the campaign as a “major ongoing organizational training programme” designed to build disciplined and well-trained party workers.Â
Â
He emphasized that a key focus of the sessions is ensuring that workers are thoroughly familiar with the flagship welfare schemes of both the central and state governments, enabling them to enhance public outreach and connect more effectively with citizens.
Â
The event reflects the party’s broader strategy of consolidating its base in Tripura by investing in cadre development and grassroots leadership.Â
Â
Organizers noted that similar training programmes are being held across the state to prepare workers for upcoming political challenges and to deepen their understanding of Deendayal Upadhyay’s philosophy.
