Fast-track Courts for Paper Leak Cases welcomed by Tripura CM

Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha has hailed the Centre’s decision to establish fast-track courts for question paper leak cases, calling it a landmark move that will safeguard the interests of millions of students nationwide.

Reacting to the announcement, Dr. Saha said the step taken under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi reflects the government’s unwavering commitment to protecting the hard work, merit, and future of India’s youth. He stressed that swift and uncompromising justice against offenders would send a clear message that attempts to sabotage the dreams of students will not be tolerated.

The Chief Minister noted that paper leaks undermine the credibility of competitive examinations and recruitment processes, causing immense hardship to deserving candidates. He said the Centre’s initiative would help restore confidence in the system by ensuring timely legal action and strengthening fairness, transparency, and accountability in public examinations.

Dr. Saha expressed confidence that the decision would instill fresh hope among crores of hardworking students and aspirants across the country. “Merit must remain the sole criterion for success, and this initiative ensures that the examination system is protected from malpractice,” he said.
