Spiritual consciousness guides society towards right path: CM

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday inaugurated the newly constructed Sri Sri Dakshineswari Kali Temple at Bishalgarh. 

He said that the temple would emerge as a centre of faith, devotion, and spiritual practice in the days ahead. 

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that faith and belief illuminate human life, while spiritual consciousness guides society towards the right path.  

He remarked that the journey from a mindset of atheism to an environment of spirituality helps strengthen peace, moral values, and humanity in society. 

Dr. Saha noted that places of worship play a significant role in nurturing spiritual awareness and preserving cultural traditions. He added that the growth of religious and cultural values in society fosters mutual respect, compassion, and harmony among people. 

The Chief Minister expressed hope that the blessings of Maa Dakshineswari would bring happiness, peace, and prosperity to all. He also prayed for the further development of social harmony, goodwill, and the spirit of human welfare across the state and beyond. 

The inauguration ceremony was attended by devotees, local residents, and other dignitaries. 

The temple has been built with the special initiative of MLA Sushanta Deb. 

Sabhadhippati of Sepahijala Zilla Parishad Supriya Das Dutta, MLA Antara Sarkar Deb and other dignitaries were present.
