
Tripura Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Thursday chaired his first administrative meeting as the Guardian Minister of Dhalai district at the District Magistrate's office, outlining a comprehensive roadmap for the district's overall development.
During the meeting, Nath said the government's key priorities are to achieve economic self-reliance, create employment opportunities, and build an environment conducive to sustainable development across the district.
He stressed that special emphasis would be placed on improving the quality of education and healthcare services, while simultaneously strengthening drinking water supply, agriculture, infrastructure, electricity services, and the overall delivery of public services.
The Minister also directed officials to ensure that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach people living in the remotest parts of Dhalai in a transparent and time-bound manner.
Highlighting the guiding principles of the government, Nath said the administration is working in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas".
He further said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, the state government is committed to taking Dhalai district to new heights of development.
"The welfare, prosperity, and overall progress of every resident of Dhalai remain our highest priority," the Minister added.
Dhalai Zilla Sabhadhippati Susmita Das, District Magistrate along with other officials and representatives were present in he meeting.
